Renate has revealed its listings for the next month, confirming that club night Swak will host the likes of Parris, Machine Woman, LSDXOXO and more on 2 March. Alison Swing is a DJ, promoter, and self-described vinyl junkie originating from Los Angeles, California.  Swing has dedicated herself to exploring sounds that can make a body move, a skill she’s put to use spinning alongside selectors such as Axel Boman, The Black Madonna, Jeremy Underground, and DJ Sprinkles. With her curator-in-crime, Masha, she is also a co-founder and resident DJ of Dig Deeper, the party series in-the-know locals flock to that pushes warm house, euphoric disco, Scandinavian beats, romantic techno, and everything in between—the weirder and funkier, the better. After a recent relocation to Berlin this past year, where she recently landed a residency at Wilde Renate, things are not showing any signs of slowing down. Lithuania’s Opium Club book Christopher Rau, Manfredas and Autarkic for Renate by alexander molyneuxberry

Opium Club is set to celebrate its first vinyl compilation, entitled Opium of the People, with a night at Renate on 24 March.

The launch event will host the likes of Smallville mainstay Christopher Rau and Born Free’s Odopt. A roster of Opium Club affiliates will join them for deck duties on the night, including Manfredas, Kris Baha, 12 INČŲ PO ŽEME, Clicklounge and Siaubas.

Opium of the People was curated by Opium’s head of programming V, and released via Le Temps Perdu. A double vinyl, Opium Club has booked two parties to celebrate, with the other staged at their home city in February.
